Terms of Service

These terms cover services provided by APOG SYSTEMS LLC (“we”) to a client (“you”). If we've signed something separate with you, that document wins where the two disagree.
What we provide
Local search and AI-visibility services as described on this website — Google Business Profile management, Yelp management, review work, listings cleanup, and content pages. The specific work is whatever we've agreed in writing.
No guarantee of rankings
We do not and cannot guarantee any search position, map-pack placement, call volume, or that an AI assistant will name your business. Google, Yelp and the AI platforms control those results, change them without notice, and explain very little. We perform the work competently and report honestly on what happened. Anyone who promises you a ranking is either misunderstanding this or misleading you.
Billing
Monthly services bill monthly in advance and run month to month. There is no annual contract and no early-termination fee. Cancel with notice before your next billing date and you won't be billed again; we don't refund the month in progress. One-time projects are quoted and invoiced separately.
What we need from you
Access to the accounts we're working in, and reasonably timely answers when we need a decision, a photo, or a fact about your business. If we can't get access or answers, the work stalls and we'll tell you rather than quietly bill for a month of nothing.
Your accounts stay yours
Profiles, listings and content we work on belong to you. When we're done, access returns to you. We don't hold accounts hostage.
Honest advertising
We will not publish false statements, invented reviews, fabricated statistics, or made-up citations on your behalf, and we won't keyword-stuff your business name in violation of Google's policies. If that's what you're after, we're the wrong firm.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
