APOG SYSTEMS LLC operates this website. This page describes what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
This site has no tracking
There is no analytics package on this website, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no JavaScript. We are not building a profile of you, and we could not retarget you with ads if we wanted to.
What is collected
- Server and network logs. This site is served through Cloudflare, which records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Cloudflare processes this to deliver and protect the site.
- What you send us. If you email or call, we keep your message, your contact details, and our notes about your business so we can follow up. That's ordinary business record-keeping.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to deliver services you've asked for. That's all.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except service providers we need in order to operate — for example the company that hosts this website or handles our email — and where the law requires it.
Clients
If you hire us, we work inside accounts you own and control — your Google Business Profile, your Yelp page, your directory listings. We do not take ownership of them, and when we stop working together, access comes back to you. Anything you tell us about your business stays between us.
Your choices
Email us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we'll honour a request under it whether or not it strictly applies to us.
