What you actually get each month

Most people in this business will not tell you this, so here it is as a list of things we do, counted — not results we promise. Nobody can promise you a ranking.

Google Business Profile — $497/mo

Four posts, eight or more real photos from real jobs, every new review answered, questions on your listing monitored and the gaps answered, and one pass over your services, categories, hours, service area and attributes. Plus a check that your listing hasn't been merged, edited or suspended. At the end of the month you get the count: four posts, eleven photos, six reviews answered, two questions added, one category corrected.

This is the biggest line because it's the biggest lever. The map pack is your Google Business Profile — fix that and you've fixed the thing homeowners actually see.

Directory presence — $297/mo

Yelp first, then BBB, Angi, Thumbtack and Nextdoor. Every new review answered, photos and descriptions kept in step with your Google profile, your name and address and phone verified identical everywhere, one new platform added whenever we find a gap, and a watch for listings that get merged or re-claimed out from under you.

Worth knowing why this is the smaller line: you don't own any of it. Yelp can hide a review or change how your page works and you can't take any of it with you. It still matters — Yelp is cited more than three times as often as the next directory — so we keep it accurate. We just don't spend your money there like it's yours.

AI Visibility Report — $97/mo

Once a month we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI the questions your customers ask, and tell you who got named, in what order, and which sources the answer pulled from. You get the sample size too, because a single screenshot proves nothing — these engines give a different answer to the same question on the same day.

One article a month — included with the bundle

Written on your website, in answer-first form, about a question your customers actually ask. Real quotes, real numbers, real links to real sources — because quotable text is the one thing anyone has actually shown these engines reach for, and your own site is the only place we can put it deliberately. We'll also answer real questions in your trade on Reddit and the trade forums, openly, as your business.

Straight about what this does: it works on informational searches — "why is my AC short-cycling," "what should a panel upgrade cost in Houston." It is not how you win "electrician near me." That's the map pack, and that's the first two lines above. Anyone selling you blog posts as a way into the map pack has it backwards.

It's the one thing here you own outright. If you fire us, the articles stay yours.
